I am crushed at work with a huge deadline, and I got about 5 hours of sleep last night. With that said, and even coupled with the crushing heat we will be experiencing this afternoon in Houston, I hope I can get a run in today. I need it. My body needs it. My legs need it. My mind needs it.
I’m hoping for 3.5 miles today.
